Super Soap Weekend 2008

I can't believe this will be the last year for SSW. Amazing! As soon as I find something that I really love going to; that I really look forward to as a yearly event; poof - gone. Just my luck. I guess I'll have to start treking off to Vegas or something in November. We'll find something, somewhere to enjoy -- maybe a "Soap" Cruise, New York, Las Vegas, who knows? It's out there to discover.

November is the perfect time to getaway. And SSW comes just right in the year - November. I really need a fall getaway and the time of the event combined with Disney really worked out beautifully. The combination of the two is perfect. Now they say they are going to promote "Soap Nation" - right - we will see....... (I still don't think you are going to get that many stars in one location to have the kind of event that occurs in Florida during SSW). It is sad - I know it's been said before, but "Why can't they just leave well enough alone?" This is such a disappointment for many -

Well, it is almost time for SSW 2008. This event has become a tradition for my husband and I since 2006 when Tony and Genie hosted "Luke and Laura" day. What a wonderful time we have at the Super Soap Weekend events. We love Disney anyway, and all of the soap events make it even more special; especially for me! Wow, my husband is a real trooper. Anyway, I hope to post many of my pictures from the past two years and later after this years event. I can't wait! What Fun!
